I dare to imagine were we would be if we still had the previous regime in placed as I reckon we would have the book thrown at us but with the new regime been in place I reckon its softened the blow, I’d be interested to know if Hull began to fully cooperate with the UKDA fully once Pearson had found out that the previous board had over looked telling him about this shenanigan.
Also in the statements it mentioned that Hull have fully cooperated with the RFL so I would assume that Hulls new regime would of potentially discussed the consequences of this with the RFL as part of their discussions, individual punishments fit the crime. I’m with Codhead in that this will be thrown way into the long grass as I’m sure Hull aren’t the only team to have this problem, our problem is that we got caught trying to cover it up.
Would be intrestign to know how many of the players knew about this at the time or did they have the wool pulled over their eyes as well?
