There have been a few games that we have won, and fans have still pointed out Agars failings. Then there have been games we have lost, and fans have blamed just the players. There has also been enough games when both players and coach have been slated or praised.

I don't have a cause. You know as well as I do the Agar gets blamed for everything on here, a lot of it justified.

I just won't listen to fans saying when we win it's about Fitz and Ogre etc and when we lose it's all about Agar.

Ok I signed the 3 best players in the Championship then, point is he dramatically improved the squad.

Yes HE did and should therefore get credit for that aswell as when the players do well. When they don't then slate him.

I said that? Nope. I said he should get credit for signing good players and when the team wins. When we don't then blame the coach.

I think you're deliberately avoiding the point a bit.

Let me phrase it a different way, are you saying it is fundamentally impossible for a team to win games in spite of their coach, rather than because of him?

Point taken and it's also there possible for the team to lose due to their actions and not the actions of the coach.

What I am saying is it works both ways.
