Whoever the coach is we have harboured the same problems for years. Last night how many sets did we complete? How many times did we lose the ball in an attacking position on the second and third tackle? How many times do we make a break to find that no one is in support or indeed even up with play by the time the ball is played? When Leeds make a break there are players swarming round the ball for an off load, our boys are always thirty yards behind the play.
This is the basics and what the top teams do.
How and if we ever do make the last tackle our kicking option always seems poor, it is either badly executed or no one seems to know what's happening.
Problem is how do we change it???
It's no secret that the majority never wanted our current coach and nothing in a season and a half has changed that out look.
IMO we should have moved heaven and earth to bring in Powell, he has done a top job with an average squad that has consisted of a lot of Hull and Rovers rejects. Anyway keep smiling COYH
