I'd be really surprised if Clune got another deal, can't get into Newcastle side and they are also after another halfback at 28, think his options are SL or play reserve rugby.

I think he will come. The whole situation seems to mirror us signing Clifford last year.

I cant find the specific article but I’m sure I read that Clune has got a ‘side hustle’ that he’s doing really well in as he’s a clever guy with double degree in law and finance. Could be why he is holding out for a deal to remain over there even if it is to be as a 3/4 choice halfback
