don't think Hull FC should be punished. But it was what Rule did, rather than what Gleeson did that would be the issue, if the RFL do consider taking it further. He was the Chief Executive, so the employer was involved. Sacking those involved or even changing ownership wouldn't get a club off a salary cap breach punishment, for example. But those punishments are pretty weedy anyway, and 'all' Rule did was attempt to cover up the circumstances that led to the error, not the error itself. Unless there was some dark and devious motive for that which comes out in the near future, my guess is Hull FC will be safe.
