The point was he stopped himself, it's probably just his role at RH that stops him. I think he does see the issues with Agar but he needs an interview from him every week.

It's more than that. He's very vociferous in his defence of agar and looks for any other excuse for our issues. smailes still needs the same access to the club but doesn't line up behind agar like murdoch

Only Folkes has led a team into the play-offs, the rest have no coaching record of any note.

Heard on RH this morning that Agar said that Long had been offered a coaching position at FC but had turned it down ( he's not daft is he?) Wonder when it was offered ie old or new regime with or without Agar's involvement. If it's recent and involving Agar that makes Agar's tenure very look pretty secure

Thank god he turned it down!.....He has no experience what so ever, and given his exploits personally I doubt he will rock the world in his coaching pursuits, what will he do as an award system take the lads on the lash.
