Just seen today's press conference with Adrian Lam. He wouldn't be drawn into any transfer speculation (just said Chris Chester handles all that). Mentioned that he is a fan of Darnell McIntosh, that Ed Chamberlain is still part of his plans for this season. Asked about Tom Briscoe, all he did say was that he should be fit to play in the weekend after this one, but he didn't say "He's going nowhere" which I'm guessing he would have done about certain other players.

Sounds to me like the club rejected the approach and not Rowley as it’s quite blunt and defensive.

Wonder if it’s same as Dupree and they quickly change their tune

Not been able to persuade the coach of Salford to join us is telling of how far we have dropped, frightening really.

If it is Rowley who has rejected then he clearly lacks ambition & isn’t the right man for the job.
