Just got in from this weeks session.....Legs hurt, but they hurt real good (got that from a porno )...We seemed to be a bit light on players tonight......But we managed with a 5-a-side game......Had to drag Barry Edwards from the sidlines....but he had a good game and has said he wants to play next week now too . He kept me on my toes.....telling me off......good coaching though...Cheers Baz!

ill be back next wed came one then went away with work for three weeks, looking forward to it especially now its getting warmer.

Sounds good, but I'm still at Uni! When I'm back come the end of May I'll seriously be thinking of coming! See if my degree in PE is actually worth anything!

Just bumping this...to remind you all about the Touch Rugby....Its getting lighter now.....and considerably warmer. Its almost pleasent to run about now LOL.

8-9pm Behind the KC on the training pitches.....£3.50 (we have to pay for the use of the pitch). Anyone welcome to come and have a go. If nothing else....its a a good way of shaking off the cobwebs and start your health kick for summer !!!!

Went tonight for the first time, great set of lads with a wide range of ages and fitness. Definitely recommend it to anyone, whether they've played before or not.
