Can't really fully evaluate until its finished, particularly the backs where I'd expect the last two quota spots.

Think our pack is along stronger than what we started with. Particularly the back row, going from Lane, Ockunbor, Cator to Holmes, Cartwright, Asista.

Think our squad will be better, but not as much as I'd hoped for.

Can't really blame Myler, no one wants to come, we have to somehow make us an attractive club again.

zero cover in the forwards. 10 senior players, including fash and staveley and we will need 8 or 9 in the 17 every week. We'll be into kids and loanees by week 3 with our injury and disciplinary record

Kids should be used as cover.

Hoping Catwright is some kind of miracle working.

Saw a rumour today that Thorman is coming in as assistant coach.

within reason. only 1 or 2 additional senior forwards on top of your match day squad is asking for trouble

Walker, Moy, hardaker

Wing

briscoe

centres

chamberlain

half backs

abdul

It's so weak and even worse really lacking any cover.

5 props and 4 2nd rowers in the squad before we have to rely on kids. I can't see 2025 being much different to 2024. Looking at that list I wonder where the hell the salary cap is actually going

The pace and power of that backline will send shivers throughout S/L

They sign a top front row, quality wing, and a great signing in Martin from Leeds.
Compare that to the dross Myler has signed

Bit unfair on Myler or are you seriously suggesting that we had the resources to sign the likes of JWH, Martin and Davies but he simply choose the Leigh lads?

We don’t have anything like the financial resources Rovers have nor can we offer players the chance of trophies short term, to think that any other DOR in the world would change that makes it look like a very strange ventetta against Myler. I’m not thrilled at the recruitment but there has to be a realistic expectation that we can offer players very little at the moment.

Nothing against Myler himself but i dont like Nepotism.
I am sure you will agree If it wasnt for his Father in Law then he wouldnt be here so is he the best DOR we could have found?
If we have been in the market for Lam with a reported huge offer then i am seriously suggesting recruitment could have been better.
Before the gang come on with the who would you have signed thats not my job but if it was my job i wouldnt have signed any of the players he has signed.
We have already seen what Briscoe and Chamberlain have to offer so if that level is acceptable to fans then we are really in trouble both on and off the field.
Much better to focus on quality than a quantity of average Joes
Myler has gone for BOGOFs
