Im generally positive about franchising as I dont see the point of teams yoyoing about (Toulouse are no better off from a year in SL than before) but a worry is without any relegation some players may get lazier.
The sport needs Promotion and relegation
You mention Toulouse but it was the fact that after this season there is no promotion and relegation they did not invest much money on players as it would be too much of a gamble.
