I’m sure Sullivan was the original thinking behind allowing Trueman to speak to other other clubs. I’d still say it’s very unlikely and the Wests fans will just be parroting the earlier reports in the media and the joke his agent tweeted about him joining Hull (seems a strange joke to make) they won’t have any inside info.
It’s unlikely because he still feels like he’s good enough to play NRL, like I said in earlier in the thread these things change quickly though Dufty at Warrington is an example, the longer it goes without another suitor in the NRL the more likely a SL move becomes. I reckon he’d obviously want NRL contract get outs but at this point I’d go with it even for a year. We start to climb up the table and recruitment becomes a lot easier. Leigh and Salford don’t seem to struggle recruiting like we do because they can offer a competitive team.
