I kept thinking my tv set had put itself into mute mode so deafening was the silence! I was under the impression that all rovers games were a re-enactment of a Liverpool European night from back in the 1970s! My telly must be on the blink I guess!!

You silly sausage, you would give your left arm for the atmosphere at Craven Park. No fans sing for 80 minutes. Granted you had decent atmosphere at Boulevard, but to say the MKM can be a "tad soulless" is laughable it is non excitant.

York v Batley , What a cracking game from the Championship . York's try just before h/t wouldn't have looked out of place in the NRL !!.

You’d hear a pin drop at Caravan Park if people weren’t shouting forward or booing.

Anyone who bemoans the atmosphere at Hull games obviously wasn’t there when we beat Saints.

Superb advert for the championship. Pleased for York and for ex FC player Liam Harris who had an excellent game and won it for them right at the death.

and yes i'm quite aware we count all pass sales, like all teams do, regardless if the fans turn up or not!

We don't need to write you off, you do that yourself, imagine being in golden point in a cup final having a penalty to put you in a great position to get the winning drop goal, your first success in nearly 40 years and you miss touch
