From what I've heard he's a decent covering HB and hooker. Adds strength to our squad.

I can't say I know too much about him or what type of signing he will be. Does anyone have any knowledge of him?
Nor me. I've just posted on the Wakey board what their views are on him.

If he's as good as he sounds then I can't imagine us getting him anyway. I'd expect Catalans to also be sniffing around (if they have a quote spot free) and between the 2 clubs I can't see him choosing us, even if we offered more money.
We have already signed him!! It will be announced in the next week or so.

What makes you so sure?
Out vs In:
Swift - Tindall
Griffin -
Evans - Ashworth
Clifford - Sailor
Dwyer - Smith
Satae - Pele
Savelio - Okunbor
McNamara -
Taylor - Ese'Ese
Shaul - Walker
Still short in some areas. I would like another back rower, and then utilise Jebson and Staveley more next year. I wonder if TS is confident in Manoa, Mitch, Martin and Barron looking after the Centre/Wing positions.
We do need an out and out 9 though - because if Smith is covering 7 whilst Trueman is out, then Houghton is the only hooker on the books, if he stays

He's Wendell

This is what I've got so far.... IF we sign Sailor.
Would still like 2 SR but can see us using Scott as a bench SR tbh.
Sailor, Tindall, Sutcliffe, Carlos, Mcintosh
Hoy, Trueman
Ese'ese, Houghton, Sao, Okunbur, ???, Cator
Bench SR, Ashworth, Pele, M Smith
Laidlaw, Lane, Fash, Brown, Gardiner, Staveley, Severs, Armstrong, Jebson
Walker, Balmforth
Litten, Scott, Barron, Martin, Wackokecoke

If that is the squad as it stands (with presumptions about Sailor), then I don't know what to think of it.
We have definitely had stronger looking squads, that have failed miserably, so perhaps a 'weaker' looking squad, but with youth and ability, and a shift in culture, could actually improve us

Defo need 2 back rowers, 1 to start and 1 to keep Lane off the bench.
Looks like we’ll limp through at 7 until Trueman is back.

Lovudua and wynne to replace also , probably wynne will be replaced by a youth player though .
