Contract or not cant see Fonua here next season when he knows he is not wanted.
As for Reynolds i think he will retire

And I can't see insurance covering the costs however bad the injury might be.

Didn't he leave his partner on Sydney before coming over? Maybe a smaller pay off may help in his decision

Tom Amone should be who we're after OOC at Wests 24 and ripped it up in the NSW Cup this season. Even if he uses us as a springboard to get an NRL gig in the future.

Dean Britt is also another guy OOC who has done well in NSW cup. probably not good enough for the NRL but could do well over here

That's the type of player we should be looking at. Rated by Wests/Souths fans right age and something to prove. Not sure we need someone who may be well known but the wrong side of 30 and his best years are behind him.

However, if we only have a single quota place left I would sign a hooker.

Fonua is the key. Moving him on gives us more options. We could get 2 players for the money he is allegedly on
