Whilst I like Martin and Barron, I doubt either are at the stage to go to a high end Championship club and win the fans player of the season. To me, Wynne is like a better version of Briscoe. I always thought in a team with zero excitement - it was crazy letting a player like him go. Especially if we're signing a chronically overweight player like Abdul.
For me it seems Connor Wynnes time/opportunity at Hull was mostly hampered by his own attitude, which if I remember rightly he'd openly admitted. Now whether that was down to immaturity or being influenced by the likes of Reynolds etc only he knows but he was given numerous chances at the club to knuckle down. Its would seem he chose not to take those chances so was not retained as a Hull player, has he learned those lessons in terms of attitude and is he really worth a gamble? For me it would be no
