Hoy isn't leaving. Quite happy in Hull. His mum is flying over soon, has a new puppy and looking forward to his role next year

Not sure on the 5th NRL signing.

AP says 5 big players at the start of the interview, then 5 NRL signings at then end. Has he mixed up what he meant?

So 3 to announce, and if its 5 NRL players, then 2 of the 3 are from Australia (though 1 must not count on quota)

Think Bailey Hodgson could be a possibility as an "NRL" signing.

Oh yeah! OK, so 2 more players we don't know about. One needs to be a spine player, and he mentioned a young spine - so Volkman or Sailor? Then perhaps Sutton as a prop/back rower?

I wouldn't say we need him, but could just see us signing him. Apparently plays centre too so if we're not actually signing the young lad from Wakey then Hodgson may be another option to add centre depth. Would imagine he's fairly cheap.
