Well done to Stan by the way, he had a great tournament.

It isnt a million miles away from what some pundits are saying about sending some of our players to play in there comp anyway.

What do you mean what for ? . The best rugby we've seen in this tornament has been from the likes of PNG ,Fiji ,Samoa. These countries would get even stronger with teams from these nations with the expantion of the NRL.

Couldnt give a fook about international rugby,my concern is only for Hull fc.

After watching the P.N.G. display i think all the super league club's should re-negotiate the players contract's and pay them what they are really worth and not what the player's think they are worth. We are kidded into thinking we are watching the best till they play on the world stage and then we realise that we are a fourth rate team. What a showing up being up-staged by P.N.G. and the south sea island teams. No wonder Aussie,s like to come here when they are finished and spend a couple of years topping their pension fund's up in our inferior game.Lets get back to basic's and stop kidding ourselves,we have too many foreign players when we should be persevering with English kid's.If only our superstars could have played with as much heart as Stanley and his boy's.

I'd just love England to have a half back that can open the gap with the timing of a pass and put a runner away. Burrow, Pryce and McGuire dont have the ability to take the line on and time a pass like that.
Its because in the league they dont have to, they can get away with their lack of guile due to them playing in teams that are always on the front foot in Leeds and Saints.

Speed not creativity is the key in SL.
