AP needs to realise that for the team to perform better on the field we need a few new things, starting with a quality head coach, then a top class training facility in the mould of wigans (looked quality on sky sports news), and the third is to work out how to sign and pay 17 players worth 100k+ ala Warrington!

Director of Rugby imminent, I feel. Question is, will it be this season or next?

Still not too late to salvage something of this season of he brings in an advisor if we lose tomorrow.

Pointless this season IMO. Maybe in the off season. I get the impression AP needs a good look at things before he acts. I'm sure any DOR appointed would be chosen such that he could easily move into the coaching role at a moment's notice.

I tend to agree, but I think tomorrows result could have an effect.If we get spanked I AP will act tbh.
