Apparently these are some of the rumours doing the rounds on the other boards. Any one we should look at?

Gleeson -> Wigan
King -> St Helens
Hunt -> Warrington/Bradford
Meli -> Warrington
Monaghan -> DWP
Briers -> Widnes
Myler -> Warrington

Hunt without a doubt, Gleeson maybe but just like Matt King I don't think he has performed well for quite a while now. I would like Myler but we have a fair bit of cover there already.

Heard a few whispers before about us been interested but never actually heard anything concrete. A friend of mine is chairman of the vice presidents association and told me we were interested in him but nothing seems to have come of it.

Don't know whether your taking the p*ss or not because whenever I have seen him he's looked a decent player. As you may know my girlfriend and her dad are big FC fans and they both dont like him. They've seen him alot more than I have but he's always looked a good player to me.

I'd say no to Meli and Briers (wouldn't have said no to Briers a season or two a go though) and not too sure on Monaghan. I think Gleeson or King would do well in the centres (I think Glesson and Calderwood could be a fantastic partnership). Hunt is a class act, and Myler would be good as he is young and has shown promise. Well, as long as its the Myler at Salford and not the one who is at Northampton RU
