I've said before that as Radford had control of all aspects I think this was his downfall with his blinkered vision. You only have to look back when AP stated we needed some extra help in the coaching set up and yet Radford said its not something he is looking at or was needed, then Purtill was signed 2 weeks later.
It does seem that very little input was taken and used by Radford, so hopefully Last & Purtill can make the changes that are and were needed and bring in fresh game plans and structures.
The club and players needs stability right now so its a no brainer to let Last, Purtill and Ellis have a crack and to be honest we should know in 3 or 4 games if things have improved or not from Radfords tenure.
