It's a direct lack of knowledge at the top of our club, James Rule too anyone, who's advising Pearson?

Would Tony Smith in a director of rugby role, and a new coach underneath him be the way forward.

Could be afforded by letting Purtill and Ellis go...........

If Hodgson keeps his job then its no change
Pearson has left it too late now living in his fantasy world but when he wakes up and reality kicks in he will realise he has wasted two good years and his credibility is at a real low level.
If he recovers from this financially i will be surprised.
With most of the recruitment done for next season there is very little he can now do to get fans back into the stadium as our squad for 2023 looks very weak.

We are at the lowest of the low now , can’t go any lower . Think some fans who expect us to be challenging for trophies don’t help , we are years from that until we get a full clear out from top to bottom . Painful to admit but it’s true , rovers with that team , did the basics right and had a game plan , we had absolutely nothing like most the season . I was quite enjoying it , if only it brings change at last . If hodgson stays he needs help , like a dor ( smith ) and what are clarkes qualifications, for the role he does . Either Pearson changes his mindset on how the club is run or he sells up and someone leads us with In a different direction. If we go into next season with no change , same again will happen !
