How did Hadley come into the discussion? Litten would not have been out enthused. He made more breaks on Thursday than the entire FC team on Friday. Of course he might have been affected by the general malaise that seems to exist if he was still playing over the river.
I prefer the opinions of commentators and reporters. KR are a team of young hungry men who since the restart played an adventurous, entertaining game against Wire, developed and improved against Saints and improved even further and played well for 80 minutes against Wigan. FC at the moment are seen as an outfit that has plenty of star material that do not play as a team and individually are not at the top of their game. That opinion was emphasised last night.
I meant abdull not Hadley, it doesn't matter how you play, you're still bottom of the league, I'd rather win 10-0 every week than lose playing 'adventurous' rugby, all I want to see from fc is commitment, willingness to work for each other and doing the basics right, something I think a new coach can achieve, we've got a squad good enough to beat anyone we just need someone with fresh ideas who can get us playing as a team.
For once I think Phil Clarke was right last night saying lots of players at Hull are just satisfied with their place in the squad and not enough are hungry enough to improve and take the team forward, we are also desperate for some kind of leadership on field.
