You would certainly think so, I just cant see him back at Salford now no matter what the Doc tells us.

I'd doubt Cas could compete with us for a transfer fee or salary.

Iv'e heard that they have signed a halfback already for next year, rumoured to be either Robinson or Gale.

Just to clarify, Marc Sneyd is going nowhere and will rejoin Salford at the end of the season. He will also sign a new and improved contract extension. Following a meeting with Iestyn Harris and Sean Long last week, it was also agreed his primary position for 2015 will be at hooker.

Why the hell would he want to play hooker when he could, potentially, be an England number 7. He will never get the hookers position.

I wasn’t present at the meeting so couldn’t tell you, but he is obviously interested in playing there. It hasn’t done Kevin Sinfield any harm, switching between half-back and hooker throughout his career. If he didn’t want to be at Salford, he could put a transfer request in. He’s a kid, who is on a very small salary currently and wouldn’t cost Cas much. He wants to play for Salford and wants to sign an extension.

Theo will be staying put and will be understudy to Michael Dobson and Rangi Chase. It wouldn’t hurt to see him go out on loan as Sneyd has done this year though, I think it would benefit him enormously.

Was illness (Brain tumor removed), but has been out for about 4 months with a bicep problem, should be due back soon.

He would be a risk, but one worth taking (as long as he passes the medical), as I don't see a better player available.

He would also help miller, Rankin and the two young halfs.
