Every season for the last four seasons, Wilkes has made more appearances, meters and tackle busts than Bailey, playing in a much inferior side. What makes you think this pattern would suddenly change if he signed for us? I wish we had a genius like you in charge of recruitment!

it's a big shame if we have to debate who's better, Wilkes or Bailey! Neither of them are anything to get excited about.

I would much rather resign Dowes and blood one of the youngsters - it's about time some of the youngsters had a go IMO

Both Similar players, but Dowes will be on less money I would imagine.

Looking at Dowes stats, he has he is much improved from previous seasons, in 13 games he has made 1 error and given away 2 penalties. He has only missed 5 tackles and made 275.

I hope Dowes gets another contract for next year as he has deserved it.

I agree, Dowes has been very good this year!!
