picking up these unproven coaches is nothing but a gamble, masquerading as a informed decision. its long over due that we bring in a coach with some kind of track record. it may not bring about the word domination that uncovering the next hidden gem of the coaching world would, but at least we could get some stability and build some momentum towards cracking the top 4. however, its my opinion that Radford may well remain the assistant to a newly appointed head coach. its early days and there's nothing stopping AP from looking at whats available. the last thing AP wants to do right now is come out saying that we are gonna bring in a world class coach and then not be able to deliver, he's had his fingers burnt in doing that already, when trying to bring in a scrum half. if there is no one he fancies for the job, then Radders gets it, and all the while in the press its looks like AP showed faith in Radders from day dot.
