I like Brett but I'm beginning to lose patience, as he can't eradicate the inconsistencies that still exist and there is no stamp on the team of his style of play.

The only coach who has put something into place in the first team is Gaz Ellis yet the posse say he is not qualified to be a head coach.
You dont have to be an experienced coach to put an attacking structure together.
If Gaz can put a defensive structure together i am sure given his experience as a player together with someone like Shenton he could do better than what we have now.
I am also certain he would command a lot more respect from the players and eradicate a lot of the indiscipline on the field we now see.
