Give over. So you'd rather the fans that bothered to stay and watch that boo or sit in silence while a popular player scores with the last act of his career?
I know people are disappointed but get a bit of perspective, it was a nice moment on an otherwise dismal afternoon.

Has the HDM ever used minus player ratings before ?

He turned them from relegation fodder to a play off team in a few seasons.

This playing group have been rewarded for repeat failure season after season. Anyone who thinks Smith is at fault this season is deluded.

He's stabilised Huddersfield, won comps at Leeds and Wire, he then stabilised Rovers and made them a genuine play off hopeful (something we are miles off). No reason why he can't and won't do the same here.

Everyone needs to have a sense of realism when looking at next season too. No way we go from a bottom 3 team to a top 4 team

100% correct but some supporters want a new coach and then presumably we sack that coach when we don't make the top six next season.

Assuming we don't beat Saints (!) we will finish the season with the lowest points total in a 27+ game season since 2009.

I stupidly thought the players would give it a go today and get the win.
Abysmal effort. Even with the players coming in I don’t see much improvement. Hoy isn’t a half back and Macintosh isn’t a full back.
Feel sorry for Barron as he’s out of his depth and needs to go out on loan.
There’s no leaders in the 17 and I don’t see leaders in any of the players coming in.

Well that was fun. Apart from the outgoing players. We still need to shift a fair few. Today was awful. Mac not a FB. Barron not ready. Sutcliffe average. Scott still not sure on the kid. Swift will miss. Hoy jury out but think he will be ok. Clifford definitely miss. Satae won't miss. Taylor age maybe caught up with him. Fash squad player lane no comment. Savellio on this year won't miss. Cator needs to play behind a bigger pack. Staverly still raw. Rest of the bench average. Glad when the season finishes. The job in hand is massive. As I said we can't keep sacking coaches

624 from 26 so far = 24 on average

In 2019 we conceded 768 from 29 = 26.4 (63 v Wire, 62 v Saints, 55 v Hudds, 44 v Salford and Cas, 40 v Saints) so unless we lose by 88 at Saints not as bad. In 2019 though we scored a lot more.

It was pathetic, the fact he went to score twice in 3 tackles when we’re getting hammered made it worse.
