What I can't understand, is if he failed the test after Salford on the 13 May, although he didn't play in the cup against Widnes, he did in the league against Hudds and Rovers, before the hearing on June 9th.

Seeming madness, or desperation by the club to keep the pressure off Agar and try to continue the limping "success"?

Agar picked the teams between those dates. Not being legally clued up, I may be reading more into this than necessary, but surely he should have been sidelined pending the investigation?

The thing I can't get my head around is, even if you have the inclination to cheat and the feckwittery to lie about it, "Why bother?" FC under Agar were awful and were never going to win anything, with or without a knackered and troublesome centre. Why would two people risk their career over it?
