I don't want a Maguire, I want someone with a proven track record preferably. If not then someone with at least 5 years experience under an established coach.
Kevin Walters is Bellamy's right hand man, he wouldn't be a bad shout imo.

No one can doubt the coaching credentials at the Storm.

Wigan got lucky, as Maguire's man management skills has equalled his coaching ability.

Kidwell would no doubt have the coaching skills, but would he have the all important man-management skills???

Kevin Walters is now a coach at the Storm, but he didnt make a good a first team coach at Catalans.

Walters took Catalan to within one game of a Grand Final.

Nrl sides have 2 assistant coaches, David Kidwell is one.

He also took south sydneys u20's to a grand final last season and has been appointed New Zealands junior side.
