Any advice..got sky HD before xmas being great, however it has started freezing for a few seconds it is now doing it every 30-60 seconds, it is doing my head in, has any-one else experienced this and what did you do?

I had this problem,turned out to be a dodgy box,shop replaced it.(Not saying that is what is up with yours.Maybe talking to your dealer would help?)

got mine just about that time and its been fine althogh someone at work had same problem and had to get sky engineer out ,should still be free as well

Sounds like the virus that is affecting a lot of people who use the Adult channels

I had the same issue. I called the engineer out and he sorted it within minutes. It was something pretty basic, but not for a ludite like me.

Engineer booked to call, I did not fancy doing aerobics under the tv cabinet and did not have a clue what instructions they were giving

This happened for me with a Sky+ box. Rang them up, an engineer came out and swapped it for a different box. Been fine ever since.
