Whatever the case, I believe Hicks will have got a nice little cushty Christmas send off and in turn Wire have another world class back coming in.

Seems like good, efficient business on Wire's part.

Do retirement packages go on the cap though? I thought that was how Wigan swung it back with Seuseu when they signed Fielden.
