It wasnt his elbow but his forearm which he was pushing into the face of the other player on the ground.
As you say clear to see on the TV.
Yellow card at least in the game and one match ban

Laughable. If there's nothing in it why is it even mentioned?

It wasn't the Kirmond one (which was on report), it was received from MRPR(?)
