Captaincy : Sat Aug 17, 2019 7:35 pm
I honestly feel a new captain is needed next season. Houghton leads by example. Regards work rate however when the chips are down we need somoeone more vocal and motivating behind the sticks. He was so quiet today and during our other too frequent hammerings. Ellis is the only one who seems to say something but he hasn't much longer

I agree but I can't see anything changing.

Houghton just doesn't cut it for me as a captain.

The Tongan Terminator looks like a leader.

I think Tag should get a go next season, he can handle all the media and other duties better than Mint.

I agree giddy up, but after watching the old fella Cuthbertson do another nearly 80min spell, I wonder what’s happened to the big minutes Tag used to do, he’s our best player, and we need him on the field more.

Tags getting flogged like a dead horse, i honestly think the workload needs sharing around, prime example was Satae yesterday came on and we barely used him, its either the gameplans dumb or the play the ball needs improving

Don’t agree, compared to previous seasons, Tag our best player, seems to have spent less minutes on the field, injuries, suspension accepted of course.

Satae, was unlucky to have debuted in that Laurel & Hardy performance, it will get better for him.

What im saying is we do not utilise the 3rd and 4th prop when they come on, they seem to be used exclusivley as dummy runners, whereas Taylor gets drive after drive when hes on

you mean when he actually does some minutes.
God knows what was Radfords thinking
We needed him on the field to raise the game of some other players on the back of his runs
