Without revealing too much, I was speaking to someone who said the club are working on an exciting partnership with a decent brand. I asked what there was left to sponsor that a decent brand would want to pay for, unless it was a foot in the door to start with a view to becoming main sponsor in future. Was told that not everything is about the shirt. I await the announcement. Cannot see the announcement being a replacement to ISC, especially with the season about to start, and we have them for this year at least.

Perhaps a change of name, if Red Bull want to get involved? RB Hull FC??

Perhaps a partnership with Guinness - "Not everything in black and white makes sense"!!

I admire your ambition, but i can't see any commercial value in either of those deals.

Surely if the club feel its an exciting partnership then that can only be a good thing moving forward. Maybe its some form of parneship with investment that AP has been looking for to help grow and keep the club sustainable at the top end of SL?
