Richard Whiting summed it up in a sentence on RH Wigan more aggressive more intensity.Been saying it for seasons now, Radford just can’t get his squad playing at a high intensity consistently, after 3/4 seasons of this, ain’t it obvious to everyone?
Can't argue with that to be honest and Superman knows what he's talking about. I've before but we seem to have an issue getting it right in games and transferring (supposedly good training sessions) it from the training field to match day.
As individuals its a mix as some seem to get up and at it during games and some just seem to breeze through a game but as a collective they never seem as though they are switched on the moment the ball is kicked. Effort is there sporadically but intensity and desire both in attack and defence is just not there consistently and we just look flat.
We have had a sufficient turn over of players to have seen an improvement in the way we perform and the consistency but sadly we haven't so if changing the players hasn't made an impact then you have to ask why that is? For me the answer is the common denominator which is LR & AL as the coaches. Listening to LR its just the same dire tribe hes trotted out the past 3 to 4 seasons so I ask if he is still saying the same things then as the head coach why the hell has he still not sorted the issues that remain?
