Nailed on Wigan, let the merry go round begin.

No way will Hudgell merge the clubs, unless City get promoted back to the PL and buy the KC,, Hudgell is done with KR as an owner by all accounts.

I’ll take that as a No then.
Can’t see Hudgell pushing a merger, it will likely be tough for KR in next few years but they have a coach who can improve player skills as well as any.
Seems almost every board of fans want Watson. A lot more pressure coaching FC than Salford and would need to move house and family etc.
Perhaps grizzly Brian maybe a better fit, if Toronto get knocked back?

if we go on a winning run imo will be a tough call to get rid of last and say bring powell in, imagine the meltdown on here if we did and start the season badly lol, i think we should have brought a new face in when radford went, but if hull continue to gather wins till the end of the season then maybe he derserves a chance, time will tell,

That's a big If though, we have only beaten, Wakey, Hudds and Cas so far. Lets see how we get on against some clubs above us.

Leeds are above us in the table at 61.54 win percentage with us on 50%. If we had not agreed to play Leeds last week it would be much closer at 58% to Leeds and 53% to us. It almost in the top four teams interest to not play anymore so as to not drop winning percentage.

I remember Agar started quite brightly and we all know how that turned out for us, so we’ll see how we go against the better teams.

What about Last working under Sheens as DOR, like Watson did at Salford for a while?

Yes. We beat Rochdale and Widnes under Sharp who was then sacked after a loss in Super League at Harlequins.

Under Agar we beat Bradford in the Quarters and Wakefield in the Semis.

Pretty poor in the league that year under Agar. He took over mid season with us in 11th and that's where we finished. The following year we finished 12th.

Thought so. Without wanting to sound disrespectful towards him, wasn't this the game Rich Horne looked like he has no business being on a rugby pitch?
