That's the one. He'd not played since the April and it was only his fourth game of the season. He came off the bench looking very lightweight and I remember him getting smashed by James Graham.

I guess if we continue to play with the spirited general improvement we have shown of late under normal circumstances it might in the end only be fair that Andy Last will deserve a go at it next season.

But, these are not normal circumstances and that's not really the issue for Adam Pearson for, with us not being in a position to bring in big name players and indeed possibly shedding some of our own to make ends meet, the question is will the fans resubscribe to their memberships on the strength of Lasty continuing or will they need an exciting new Coach coming in to have their enthusiasm stoked enough to fork out again. .

Said last week he wants to head up the youth system again. With the announcement today that Danny Wilson is going on the board at Bristol and helping with their junior pathway, it might mean he is down there more than up here and opens it up for Last to move to the youth.
