It's going to take minimum of 2 years if not 3 to fully rebuild the squad properly, get rid of the driftwood and change the way our players and indeed the youth system go about playing rugby. I just wonder how long fans are prepared to wait after a few years of miserable rugby already.
It does need to happen before season end so they can make decisions that have a bearing on training/personnel for 2021

Utter nonsense. A good leader and tactician could turn fortunes around within 6 months as we are hardly bottom of the table fodder with the players we have.
Anybody taking the "cliched 2-3 years" is:
a. The wrong person for the job
b. Out of a job within a year
c. Won't get past the interview stage
