As there was only 10 or 15 mins left to play Last should have taken Savelio off in case it resulted in Savelio getting an unnecessary ban.

I think they've changed the rules this season, if the player (being tacked) puts himself in a position were a crusher is difficult to avoid, then it's his look out, so 3 matches minimum. :D
