Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Was he shoved off the ball, imagine if Kendal had disallowed it. Golden point

I thought Welsby pushed his arm away, preventing any chance of him knocking the ball dead.

Did the ball go over the crossbar after hitting the ground? Would/should that have counted as a drop goal?

Probably not..... "during its flight passes on the full over the opponents’ cross bar towards the dead ball line after being kicked by a player "

I’ve not watched it back, but Welsby seemed to make contact off the ball, it wasn’t mentioned in commentary.

But when players are impeded off the ball, it’s usually a pen.

I can’t recall the drop goal incident? Did it bounce over?

But such quality from two super league teams, really highlights how far the rest of us are trailing.

The K.Com was a superb substitute for Old Trafford, we’re available for all major CCup semis in the future. :D

In fairness to him he would have also been considering catching it and pelting it down the other end. In slow motion he looks slow to react but at full speed it all happens so fast.

Yup.
One of those things and easy in hindsight.
Just as well it wasnt our fullback.
He'd have got slaughtered.
