I suspect the staff are on furlough and therefore not able to engage in work that either makes money or generates a service for their employer. As frustrating as it is we may need to cut the club and staff some slack.
To be honest, I usually just have a walk and renew our passes, but with obvious problems due to CV19 this wasn’t possible,
I wanted to pay for the passes, over the phone, so I emailed the club, they called, and they took my payments over the phone last month.
So can’t complain personally, they have been hamstrung like a lot of business, and as you say it’s been difficult for the club. There are going to be some further problems I’m sure, regarding finances for everyone, and also many will still be uncomfortable in crowds, if and when it’s possible, ideally we must do our best to ensure we still have a club to support, whilst understanding there are those supporters even with the best of intentions, can only do what is best for them.
Testing times for many financially, and worryingly, avoiding crowds of people has also become the norm.

I didnt get a pass last year, as I was working away, I will be also be this year, but would still like to get a pass to support the club, I'm not bothered if I don't get to any games or I'm not a priority if only a few thousand can attend. I just want to support the club. I understand those that cant afford it, but we really have to try and keep the club going and allow them to keep challenging the best we can.
Hopefully the club will announce something soon for those of who didnt have a pass last season, but would like one this year.

I’m in the same position. Would happily sign up and accept I’d be in any “phase 2” for allowing crowds back. Hopefully the club can release info on new members with appropriate limitations on attendance to meet distancing requirements soon.
i wonder how many pass holders who haven't renewed yet, (like me who has had to shield for over 6 months), have been waiting on todays announcement? now we have a date where a reduced capacity will be allowed back inside the KCOM will now renew? i will be by the end of the week
Can anyone tell me whether we still get a members pack for 2021? I have renewed our passes on line but can't seem to find out how to get the pack with the shirt discount voucher etc
