The chances of finding 2 players of Ratu's quality through this route seem slim, but it's definitely worth a shot and I look forward to seeing how he gets on. They must see something there to have given him a trial.

On this subject, whatever happened to the other union convert that spent time with us last year? I forget his name but he was a centre and a big unit iirc.

It would have been Eldon Myers, but the Navy refused to allow him take up a full time contract.

Hull actually offered Eldon a two year contract if memory serves me well. But as ccs said the Royal Navy sank our chances. Another Radders prospect.

Think he's here, I saw a photo on Instagram of all the islanders together and there was someone I didn't recognise so I assume it was him.

looks significantly bigger than Naulago but a tad slower, his size makes that deceptive, would be a good replacement for Fonua longer term if he works out, as a centre he could be devastating which is where he seems to have played in union XVs.
