While I'd love us to have a smaller ground with standing...I cant see where the funds are coming from.

Also not a load of empty plots in West Hull without buying up a lot of houses/property. The KCOM is ideally placed for our fanbase if we moved further away then we'd risk losing fans.

If you build it, they will come (West Hull though not Iowa)

Doesn't Adam already own the old Birds Eye site?

Not heard that. Can't seem to find anything online except a Hull Live article that Atlas were planning to move their factory there in 2017.

Be amazed if this happens especially at this moment In time priority is survival and with the uncertainty around the SL TV deal or lack of one possibly in the near future

Think we've got bigger issues first than looking at new grounds!

Not even sure a new ground would improve the atmosphere as today's generation people are obsessed with phones every 2 minutes than singing

Classic negotiating tactics by AP
If he wants to, or is even able to, build a new ground for 6.5 years time then he has to start NOW
I would imagine he may renew a lease soon based on threats to leave

If he borrowed say $20m to build a stadium on free land then the interest of approx 2.5% would be a massive bill etc

I loved the interview and hopefully we can kick on for 2021
I have lost interest

Good to hear Adam Pearson on top form and totally committed to getting us where we need to be.
