I can’t find anything espoused by Ralph Rimmer or temporary SLE chair Ken Davey , as to the state of promotion relegation. Has Sky’s muted plan for 3 up this year and 4 down next year, been adopted? It’s looking like Toulouse will go all season with 100% and match FC’s record from 1979 but have only played 14 games. Does this mean that because they’ve not reached the required 18 games, they won’t be allowed promotion/play offs? Looking at the table, Fev have played 20 games with 19 wins, which gives a percentage of 95 but only been given 90%, not that it matters. Thoughts anyone?

Isnt it a play off on the championship.

Toulouse are rightly champions, think the reason they have played so few games is teams cant travel, have they played a home game this season

This season will be one relegated and one promoted from the Championship after the usual play offs. The end of next season Sky appear to prefer two leagues of 10 therefore if accepted will it be 3 down and 1 up or just 2 down. I believe the the RFL have set up a group to look into the future.

They would be better than those they have selected which includes Hetherington, Lakin, (KR) McManus, (Saints) Middleton (Warrington) and Rimmer

The latest is that they are still looking at two divisions of ten with three down next year and one up to facilitate it. Sky are saying that is their preferred option going forward from 2023. If that happens then with our current team we should be very afraid.
