The Nu Brown one is the one that feels odd to me, seemed to be a likeable lad, he's been decent when playing 9, maybe rumours that he didn't like the setup are true, either way that's 2 quota spots available straight away, unsure what sort of salary they free up, I imagine Brown's was larger than Hoys? A new 7 and a 2nd row would do nicely with Walker going to FB and Balmforth and Houghton at 9

Hodgson, Balmforth and Houghton to share the hooking duties until the end of the year will do me. Hodgson's highlights in the Reserves game last week make him look like the next Daryl Clark!

I was told he had a meeting stating his wish to leave, a bit similar to Ellis, was sold the dream about the facilities etc but instead they are working out of a classroom at the university.

Doubt it. He's played at Fev. More likely just not enjoying it and obviously tough with his missus 12,000 miles away.
