I'll tell you what I loved about Halifax, that announcer.

The year they were relegated he was announcing their team like they were Mohammed Ali. "This guy doesn't know how to lose!" They ended up on 0 points.

I was talking about your announcer circa the super league year you were relegated. He was brilliant, and I'm not being sarcastic. The fans that were still there after what they'd been through were brilliant too.

The cans of strongbow at the back of the stand were cheap - helps to alleviate pain and engender a sense of humour

Was that when we played them last game of the season..

The Widnes fans cheering the Halifax team as they were being announced by the PA guy... also wasn't that JD's and Cant's last game for the club??
