Halifax amateur club Siddal will be hoping for a money-spinning tie against one of the Super League big guns when they go into the hat for the Carnegie Challenge Cup fourth-round draw tomorrow night.
Siddal, who sit third in the National Conference League, earned their place among the elite clubs when they beat struggling Championship One side Doncaster 26-0 in the third round.

Siddal became the 22nd non-league club to topple a professional outfit since amateur clubs gained wholesale entry into the Cup in 1993-94 and they did it in record-breaking fashion, eclipsing the previous widest victory of margin achieved by Beverley with their 27-4 win at Highfield in 1995.

The only other amateur outfit to go into the hat along with the 14 Super League clubs are Wigan St Judes, whose third-round tie at Widnes Vikings was postponed and rearranged for Tuesday night.

The last 32 will feature four French teams after Toulouse, Lezignan and Limoux all secured their places alongside 2007 finalists Catalans Dragons.

Limoux ran in eight tries, including a brace for centre Sam Key, in their 42-16 victory at London Skolars, Jye Mullane and Oliver Janzac both scored twice for Lezignan as they beat Rochdale 32-22 and Nathan Wynn scored 15 points for Toulouse as they overcame Keighley 35-26 in an all-Championship tie at Cougar Park.

Four Championship sides topped 70 points in today's third round ties. Batley, the inaugural Challenge Cup winners in 1897, scored 12 tries in a 70-6 rout of Leeds Met University, Tommy Saxton and Jesse Joe Parker both scored hat-tricks as Featherstone put 74 unanswered points past Workington, Joseph Chandler and Mark Brocklehurst also grabbed three tries each as Oldham thrashed Blackwood Bulldogs 80-6 and Halifax defeated local rivals Ovenden 88-10.

Barrow scored 11 tries in their 62-10 thrashing of Hunslet Warriors at Craven Park, where Andrew Ballard, Nathan Mossop and Ned Catic all scored a brace of tries.

After reaching the fifth round last year Gateshead Thunder were soundly beaten 44-22 at home by in-form York, for whom Casey Bromilow crossed twice.

Two tries apiece for Craig Cook and Misi Taulapapa helped 1998 Cup winners Sheffield Eagles into the fourth round with a 54-0 win over Thatto Heath and Leigh made light work of last year's giant-killers Wath Brow Hornets.

Dave Alstead scored four tries for Ian Millward's men in their 52-4 victory.

In another local derby Championship side Dewsbury ran in seven tries to beat community club Drighlington 42-10.
