Hey guys, just looking for a bit of info after watching our lads against the Dons on the weekend. Obviously your all happy with your comfortable win, but how did you rate our guys, im yet to see them play this season. But one thing that plainly sticks out is our lack of depth and quality that we possesed last season.



From our away trip last season we were missing...



Craig Richards, David James, Lee Williams, Jordan James, Lewis Mills, Ben Flower, Harri Greville, Jamie Muprhy. Alot of those guys would have added alot more quality and experience to our line up.



Was it a case of you lot improving from last year or our inexperience and lack of quality shining through. And where do you lot think we will end up finishing this year.

When you played us at the beginning of last season we had only just cobbled a side together and would have been happy to win one game all year. However we came on really well as the season progressed and the squad developed well.

I would be guuted if we don't make a decent showing in the play offs this season. As for yesterday it could have easily been 30-40 points to nil at half time! Maybe it was just a bad day at the office for your lads but we seemed to make easy progress on almost every play in the first half.

Yeah we lack the old head and numerous leaders we had last year in the Crusaders boys when they played on dual-reg, now we are stuck with a even younger team that lacks direction. Namely due to Loz Wildbore not playing 6 or 13, and being shunted in the second row.



Oh and the fact our player-manager has taken a job with the Wales set up and we are stuck with Mark Rowley, something i do not agree with

We are building a young side at Donny and we only pay what we can afford. This is the only way to survive at this level.

i dont know how we manage to get such a good squad of players for the money we pay. is it that other clubs pay the same , i suspect the facilities must have something to do with it.we certainly have some stars of the future at the club.
