Dear Rob As policy we do not reply to queries relating to individual match officials and/or decisions made during play. In addition to our full time match officials department we also employ an independent standards panel to assess the quality of match officiating in our sport. Now I fully understand the response. What I am looking for though I's an acknowledgement that my concern is taken seriously. I am a customer after all!

I got the exact same tripe, so now I doubt my email was even read. This is especially galling as I made sure to go down the route of being concerned for player safety as opposed to ineptitude of the match officials. A pity the sport is too small to get the media involved, to force them to listen.

I took the same approach Adam. I have now asked how I make an official complaint. As I say I'm a paying customer and even the smallest organisation has a complaint procedure.
