I'd not watched the video until you mentioned it. He seems to intimate he might be off the pace for a while at first but let's hope his competitive spirit and experience sees him through.

Would be great to have him for full season next year as well as the half dozen or so
games we have got him this year.

He looked in good enough shape to me albeit short of match fitness and not at his fighting, no pun intended, weight.
Will be a privilege to watch him however brief his time here.
That move he pulled off behind his back that time was just one of the greatest pieces of televised rugby skill of all time.

He's got two months to drop some weight (his words) and get some sort of fitness back. His quality and class will still show through after just two months, you wait and see.

League Express are reporting that Rangi is in talks with Doncaster Knights about a move there during the rugby league off-season.
